As of 1 January 2022, the Fluor pension fund has transferred the pensions to Stichting Pensioenfonds PGB.
From January 2022, Pensioenfonds PGB will pay out the pensions and take over the administration of the accrued pensions.
In connection with the transition to Pensioenfonds PGB, the Fluor pension fund can increase the pensions of all pension beneficiaries and participants. This is done in two steps. The Fluor pension fund will implement the first increase as of December 31, 2021, before the transfer to Pensioenfonds PGB. The second increase, in the second quarter of 2022, will be implemented by Pensioenfonds PGB. To do this, the Fluor pension fund must first be dissolved.
From December 19, 2022, Nederlandsche Bank has terminated its supervision of the Fluor pension fund.
